After viewing the petition filed against J Deepa by N Ramachandran, former Kancheepuram District Secretary of MGR Amma Deepa Peravai, where he alleged that Deepa and her driver AV Raja had borrowed Rs 1.12 crore from him and refused to repay, Justice M S Ramesh reportedly said a case must be registered against J Deepa and her driver A V Raja by the police if cognizable offence has been observed.
