An under-construction building collapsed in Kasavanahalli, Bangalore today, killing four construction workers. Allegedly, nearly 15 people are still trapped inside and only eight have been rescued so far. According to the mayor of the area, the building was a five-storied one, when only three floors should have been installed. The State Disaster Relief officials and the Bangalore Police have been called for rescuing the trapped.
