A couple, Kerukonda Rajasekhar and Srilatha, allegedly beheaded a three-month-old girl as part of a black magic ritual. Rajasekhar, a cab driver stole the little girl who was asleep with her parents on a footpath in Bhoiguda in order to use as a human sacrifice. He beheaded the child, disposed the body in Musi River and took the head home to conduct the ritual. The man was finally caught after he confessed to the murder due to DNA evidence that brought light to some blood on his room that matched with the infant’s blood.
