Ex-serviceman who raped minor girl gets life sentence

M Krishnamurthy (63), an ex-serviceman, was convicted by a fast track mahila court in Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu for raping his neighbour's eight-year-old daughter and was awarded a life sentence. The incident happened on July 18, 2010.
