'Who killed Raghu' row: Madras HC makes breaking order

The Madras High Court has reportedly ordered that all the banners erected in Coimbatore ahead of the MGR Centenary celebrations on December 3 should be removed. On a plea filed by DMK MLA Karthick, the HC said that the state government should not allow the erection of banners on the roadside and pavements in the future, say reports. The court also reportedly held that NRI software engineer Raghu died due to the illegal wooden arch set up on the road in Coimbatore by the ruling AIADMK for MGR Centenary celebrations.
