Donkey named after famous ‘swamiji’

A pair of donkeys reportedly named after jailed religious sect leader guru Ram Rahim Singh and his close aide Honeypreet were sold for Rs 11,000 at the annual donkey fair held in Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. Reports say, sellers usually give ‘fancy’ names to sell donkeys and some donkeys were even named as ‘Jio’, ‘Sultan’ ‘GST’ and ‘Baahubali’. Notably, Ram Rahim Singh is convicted in two rape case and his daughter Honeypreet Insan is booked for inciting violence after his arrest.
