With the Southern Railways’ plan to replace Chennai-Bengaluru double-decker express with UDAY (Utkrisht Double-Decker Air-conditioned Yatri) coaches, Tamil Nadu will now get another train with UDAY coaches. TN’s first UDAY coaches for the train between Coimbatore and Bengaluru will reportedly commence operation on March 15.
