Actor's pictures on ‘Smart Card’: Minister clarifies

AIADMK Minister Kamaraj reportedly clarified about the incident when an actor's picture was misplaced in a Smart Card. Speaking at the assembly, Kamaraj said that the misplacement happened as the user applied for the Smart Card through an online app. A woman named Saroja from Omalur near Salem got her Smart Card with the photo of actor Kajal Aggarwal in September.
