MS Dhoni takes back match ball from umpire after 3rd ODI

The 3rd ODI against England on Tuesday did not end well for India. England won the match comfortably with 8 wickets and won the series 2-1. This is the first-ever loss for India under Virat Kohli's captaincy.

However, something else has caught the attention of Indian cricket fans. Former skipper MS Dhoni was caught on camera taking the match ball from the umpire after the game. Dhoni's action set ablaze rumours of retirement on social media.

Dhoni had previously taken back the stumps from the ground to his room after deciding to quit Test cricket. This time, he asked for the match ball from the umpire to carry back. Dhoni had faced a lot of criticism this series, going by which he might announce his retirement from limited-overs as well.
