"IF YOU WANT TO WIN, I DON'T THINK THIS WILL SUIT US..." DHONI NOT HAPPY!!!

Speaking at the post-match presentation, contrary to what people thought, MS Dhoni said that he was not really very happy with this pitch at Chepauk in spite of winning the game.

Even MS Dhoni was surprised with the way that the pitch played and said that "If you want to win, I don't think this type of wicket will suit us", since they also have a batting line up who like the ball coming on to the bat, to play the big shots. This type of pitch will restrict CSK's batsman as well.

It must be noted that there was only one batsman who scored at a strike rate of over 100 in the entire match and that was Moeen Ali who got 9 runs off 8 deliveries.  There was no other batsman from either side, who scored at a better strike rate. This is definitely not ideal for T20 cricket which runs highly on the entertainment factor. Hopefully, we get better pitches in the future.
