CSK AND RCB ENGAGE IN HILARIOUS TWITTER BANTER AHEAD OF 1ST IPL MATCH

The Indian Premier League (IPL) on Tuesday released the schedule for the first two weeks of the 12th season of the series to be played this year.

The first match will be held in Chennai on March 23 between MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). In response to the highly-anticipated first IPL match, RCB tweeted a cheeky message. RCB wrote, "A spicy south Indian Derby for starters - but we prefer the sweet sambar...Our VIVO IPL 2019 begins away from Bengaluru on Day 1."

In response to RCB's tweet, CSK came back with a hilarious retort and wrote, "But sambar is always #Yellove in colour no?" CSK's reply was highly enjoyed by fans.

We will only have to wait to see how the sambar turns out on March 23!
