Stray dog menace continues in Kerala, toddler attacked

A one-year and three months child became the latest victim in Kerala to be attacked by stray dogs. The girl was taken to the government-run Sree Avittom Thirunal Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, where it is being alleged that treatment to her was delayed.
