Dishonour killing claims life of 15-year-old girl in Karnataka

In a suspected case of dishonour killing, the father of a 15-year-old who was killed on October 22, confessed to murdering his daughter as he was opposed to her falling in love with someone who was of a different caste. He had reportedly burned her body in the backyard. The deceased, Lakshmidevi, was a Class X student of a nearby government school.
