A massive train accident had been reported from Kacheguda, Hyderabad earlier this week in which two trains collided each other at the Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad.

Reason for Kacheguda train accident is Human error

Reportedly 12 people suffered injuries and it was stated that there could be some technical failures behind the accident.

The accident happened between Kurnool-Secunderabad intercity rail and Suburban train. Earlier it was speculated that the wrong signal could be the reason for the accident.

Meanwhile, the initial investigations revealed that the suburban driver had operated the train well in advance before the signal was turned on. Therefore, it had to clash with the intercity train that was already halted on the track.

The suburban driver who got stuck below the train engine was admitted to the hospital for treatment. Reports say that a case has been filed against the suburban driver.
