Three elephants reportedly attacked a mahout during a daily procession in Sri Krishna Temple in Guruvayur on Sunday morning. Reports say, the incident left one mahout severely injured while the devotees fled the temple site fearing the elephants. A woman devotee was also reportedly injured while fleeing the site. However, the elephants were immediately chained and brought under control.
