Over 9,000 people are reportedly protesting in coastal districts including Kadalur and Kanyakumari to voice against the government for not taking the required action to save missing fishermen who ventured into the sea during Ockhi cyclone. Actor-composer GV Prakash Kumar reportedly joined the protest in Kanyakumari voicing his support to the cause of the fisherman and their families.
