The Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s convoy allegedly stopped an ambulance from reaching the hospital, citing security concerns as the CM was on his way to a foundation stone laying ceremony. The patient and those accompanying her were forced to walk the last few hundred metres to the hospital. Similar incidents where ambulances have been stopped by the CM’s convoy have taken place many times in the past few years.
