Arivalagan of Krishnagiri, who was initially suspected to be a thief, but was later nabbed for sexually assaulting over 50 women, is reportedly being counselled in Puzhal jail. Officials said that prisoners who commit heinous crimes are generally placed under watch and are also housed separately to spare them harassment from fellow prisoners.
