The government has reportedly told the Supreme Court that it lacks the technical know-how to monitor and block the deadly blue whale challenge. Blue whale challenge involves accomplishing of tasks by an unknown administer culminating in a suicide. Facebook, Google and other companies have also expressed their inability in containing the menace.
