Nine people including baby rescued in a week in Chennai rail division

In the last one week, The Railway Protection Force rescued nine people including a baby at the Chennai Railway Division, the Southern Railway reportedly said. The RPF police rescued a just born 10 day-old baby from Tirupati MRTS train and handed it over to Egmore child care hospital. Six teenage students from Gummidipoondi were also rescued and handed over to their parents. Earlier, on November 19, two women were rescued and sent to an orphanage in Chintadripet.
