A video of a group of youngsters thrashing two other youths on a bike is going viral on social media. According to reports, the group of young revellers on the New Year’s day started thrashing the two when the bike they were travelling brushed past one of the revellers without causing any visible harm. Another woman was with the two men who were thrashed. While Bengaluru Police Commissioner T. Suneel Kumar claimed that the woman was not attacked, Gautam, one of the victims has said that she was slapped once. Police have reportedly arrested one of the assaulters, Ambreesh, who has a criminal record. According to reports, the incident occured in a lane at the city's posh Indira Nagar area when the victims, from the northeast, came on the bike.
