An ammonia gas leak in a food processing plant in Patiala district of Punjab has reportedly killed three and injured another 10. Four of the 10 injured are said to be in a critical condition. A team of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) personnel has been called to take over the rescue operations at the spot where the incident occurred.
