Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) reportedly denied reports of a major breach of Aadhaar data on Thursday. Earlier, a newspaper reported that they bought unrestricted access to the details of over one billion Aadhaar numbers for just Rs 500. UIDAI also said that they maintain complete log and traceability of its search facility and any misuse is traceable.
