Karthi, who was seen in the recently released Dev, currently has 2 projects in the pipeline. He is working on a film with Bakkiyaraj Kannan of Remo fame, that is produced by Dream Warrior Pictures. Simultaneously, he's also signed a film with Lokesh Kanagaraj of Managaram fame, that is also produced by the same production house.
Sources close to us have revealed that the latter's project has been titled 'Kaidhi'. Kaidhi roughly translates to a prisoner. This creates assumptions that Karthi could play the role of a prisoner. We've to wait for official updates from the production side.
Karthi's latest film Dev was produced by S Lakshman Kumar, under the banner Prince Pictures. It had Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead, while Prakash Raj, Vigneshkanth, Amrutha Srinivasan and others played crucial supporting roles.
