"I shifted from Rajinikanth to Shankar"

Director Ram Gopal Varma feels that Shankar is bigger than Jayalalithaa and Rajinikanth, in Tamil Nadu! He, via his official twitter page, said, "In pure eyeball grabbing and generating electrical enthusiasm, and after seeing 'I' trailer, purely as a general common outsider, I feel Shankar is bigger than Jayalalitha and Rajinikanth in Tamil Nadu."

 

His reasons being, his prediction that 'I' first day collections will be bigger than 'Lingaa'. Also, he feels that Shankar's planned film with Aamir Khan will be India's Avatar. He says, "I was a super huge fan of Rajinikanth. But, now, I shifted my loyalty to Shankar."

 

According to RGV, Shankar is the only trailblazer left in the entire Indian film Industry!
