Tamil cinema. She is barely in her late
teens and has already managed to secure
two hits to her credit. We are talking about
Sandhya.
Her
Kadhal and Dishyum were declared hits
and she was lauded for her performance
as well. Notwithstanding these facts,
the Tamil cinema seems to be ignorant
of her talents. She has only Vallavan
and Koodal Nagar in her kitty in Tamil.
Interestingly, she is turning to be
a much sought after budding talent
in the Telugu industry. Her debut
Premiste was received very well in
the box office and she was noticed
for her performance in the movie.
Her recent hit with Jeeva –
Dishyum is also dubbed into Telugu
as Dishyum Dishyum.
The
Telugu producers seemed to have noticed
the spark in this petite beauty and has
been approaching her with irresistible
roles. Her girl-next-door looks definitely
helped her a lot. On the other hand, there
are a few producers who are ready to offer
her with a hefty paycheck if she consents
to do glamorous roles and exhibit some
skin show. Sandhya is yet to nod in agreement.
As we all know Telugu movies are notorious
to make heroines shed their clothes and
will Sandhya join the bandwagon? Time
will tell.
