The
mystery surrounding the pelting stones episode
targeted at Srikanth’s house has taken
a new turn. Srikanth, whose Kizakku Kadarkarai
Salai was released on Friday, ran into trouble
for declining to dub for the movie demanding
the balance of his paycheck the producer
owed him.
Following
this, an angry crowd – reportedly
sent by the producers – mobbed
his house in Vadapalani in the early
hours of Saturday showering abuses
and pelting stones at his house. We
carried a report on this earlier.
Now, it is learnt that Srikanth’s
father Chari has decided to elevate
the matter to the police and has lodged
a complaint about the incident at
the Virugambakkam Police Station.
He has stated in his complaint that
a crowd has gathered in front of his
house owing to financial issues shouting
out abuses and throwing stones.
On
the other hand, it is also rumored in Kodambakkam
that Srikanth has funded for the movie,
which is directed by Stanley. However, there
is no clue as to where things went wrong
in this episode pushing the producer’s
men to show their protest and vent their
anger by flinging stones at the actor’s
house. Srikanth was not available for comment
in this episode as he is in Hyderabad for
his shoots.
