want to act in Malayalam films. Give me a good
story and I will act for free. In fact, I’ll
put in some money if you give me a good role.”
This is what Vikram said when he was in Trivandrum
recently to celebrate the 100th day of his Anniyan
at Danya Theatre. A huge fan crowd cheered the
actor as he proceeded to an orphanage there to
share his lunch with the destitute children.
He regaled the kids, performing scenes from his
Anniyan. Vikram has always been a fan of Mohan
Lal and Mamooty. “My wife is a bigger fan
of Mohanlal than me. She judges my performance
by the standards set by Mohanlal,” he said
to a reporter.
