Mappillai, the remake
of the yesteryear Rajinikanth-starrer smash
hit of the same name, has his real-life
son-in-law Dhanush playing the lead role.
The final schedule of this film began recently
and it is expected to be wrapped up soon.
The film has Hansika playing Dhanush’s
arm candy and Manisha Koirala in a very
meaty role. She plays Dhanush’s mother-in-law
in the film. The film is directed by Suraaj.
