Ajay Devgn, who is acting
in the film Aakrosh, which is being directed
by Priyadarshan, feels that the director
should concentrate on serious cinema more
than comedy. Priyadarshan is equally adept
in handling comedies as well as serious
films. But the actor feels that he should
concentrate more on issue based subjects.
Ajay pointed out that the national award
winning film Kanchivaram, about the trials
and tribulations of silk weavers, is one
of the best films from the director.
It has to be mentioned here that Ajay
Devgn played the lead in Hera Pheri, a
comedy flick directed by Priyadarshan.
