When news reached that Nakul has
been banned by the FEFSI and various
film associations for not participating
in the All India Film Workers Conference,
our correspondent called up the
FEFSI president VC Guhanathan for
confirmation.
But it turns out that there is no
such ban imposed on Nakul. Speaking
on this, Guhanathan said that there
was no hard and fast rule that all
actors, actresses and technicians
must attend the conference. Several
actors, even established ones, did
not participate in the event, he
clarified. According to Guhanathan,
it was not mandatory for the stars
to attend the function, but doing
so would have made the event grander.
