It is well known in the film circles
that Venkat Prabhu shares a good
rapport with Ajith. There was a
buzz that Ajith’s 50th film
would be directed by Venkat Prabhu.
But with days passing by there is
still no news from either the director
or the actor.
In a recent interview to a Tamil
magazine, Venkat Prabhu was quizzed
about his venture with Ajith and
he had responded that the star had
once told him that they would work
together in his 50th film. The director
added that nothing materialized
after that chance meeting and he
is waiting for a call from Ajith.
He jocularly remarked that should
Ajith give him a call this moment,
he was ready to leave things as
it is and begin the project with
the Ultimate Star!
