No tensions with Vasanthabalan: G.V.Prakash

There seems to be a mini controversy brewing due to unknown reasons in the making of Vasanthabalan’s Angadi Theru. Vasanthabalan had called upon G.V. Prakash Kumar to do the music for the movie and four songs have already been recorded and shot featuring Mahesh and Anjali. However, the twist in the tale

occurred when the producer of the movie claimed that he had booked Vijay Anthony to do the score.

When asked about this, G.V. Prakash Kumar was very categorical in his answer. He said that he shared a very cordial relationship with Vasanthabalan. It was in Vasanthabalan’s Veyil that he made his debut as a music director. He also said that there were absolutely no problems between him and the director and that he was not sure about the confusion surrounding the actual music director of the movie. Finally, he added that if anyone thought that they could get a few sharp responses from him and thus create tensions, then it was all wishful thinking.
