Chennai witnessed its dose of theme
parties last Saturday (November
21, 2009) on the occasion of designer
Sidney Sladen’s birthday.
Sidney’s birthday bash had
the theme ‘The Tudor’
and accordingly, the guests arrived
at the party flaunting various forms
of Tudor Ballroom gowns and cloaks.
The surprise element of the party
was probably Ajith’s appearance
with wife Shalini sporting outfits
resembling the theme. As it is known,
Ajith seldom attends private parties.
Sidney was dressed as King Henry
VIII while his friend Trisha was
seen dressed as Queen Mary. Sidney’s
celebrity friends including Lakshmi,
Ramya, Vinaya, Priya, Lalasa, Aparna
Pillai, Sangeetha, Sona, Srikanth
and Vandana, K S Ravi Kumar, Shaam,
and Ram Kumar were also spotted
at the party.
