Censor objects to excessive violence
November 24, 2009

Renigunta, the upcoming movie with Johnny, Sanusha, Nishanth and Sandeep in the lead seems to have reached a deadlock with the Censor Board in Chennai. The officials have declined to issue the movie a certificate objecting to the excessive violence, according to sources.

However, director Panneerselvam and producer Mahendra Kumar Jain are taking it up with the officials in Mumbai and harping hopes on them. Renigunta throws light on the lives of contract killers, who are minors.
