Jayam
Ravi’s Peraanmai is getting
ready for an Independence Day release.
Directed by S.P. Jananathan, the
movie has created a lot of expectations
because of the director’s
habit of coming up with new ideas.
His earlier movie 'E' was noted
for its content which was a departure
from the regular commercial movies.
Peraanmai has been shot extensively
in jungles and is said to have high
adrenaline action scenes. There
was also news recently that a scene
was shot in a set resembling a rocket
launching station. The film has
5 heroines, but is interestingly
said to be devoid of duets. The
movie will also be Jayam Ravi’s
first release after his marriage
which is scheduled to take place
