Rajinikanth,
along with wife Latha and youngest
daughter Soundarya, cast his vote
at a polling booth near his Poes
Garden residence today.
Prominent among the early star voters
were Ajith and Vijay. While Ajith
went to the polling booth near his
residence in Valmiki Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur,
Vijay cast his vote at a polling
station in Adyar. It is to be noted
that Vijay rushed back to Chennai
solely for the purpose of exercising
his franchise. Sources say that
Ajith preferred to wait patiently
in the queue for his turn to vote.
