is a known fact the Vettaikaran
is the 49th film of ‘Ilayathalapathy’
Vijay and Team Vijay is looking
out for big names in Kollywood to
produce and direct Vijay’s
50th venture. Each day a new name
surfaces as far as who will produce
and direct the much awaited project.
Number of prominent names featured
in the list like Perarasu who gave
two commercial hits for Vijay -
Tiruppachi and Sivakasi. The other
well-known name that featured in
the list was S P Raj Kumar director
of Azhagar Malai and Ponmanam. Rajkumar
is known for his witty dialogues
and has written a number of dialogues
for Vadivelu. As far as production
is concerned they are looking for
a more sentimental unit.
Meanwhile Jayam Raja who was also
among the contenders excused himself
stating that he would work on the
51st project of Vijay that will
be produced by Aascar Films.
