Seeman’s niece gets due recognition

Seeman’s niece Yazhini performed her first Bharatanatyam show in Chennai’s Bala Vidya Bhavan. Daughter of Seeman’s brother Rajakula Singam, Yazhini is a trained dancer and has been practicing the art since five years of age.

The show was well attended and the chief guests were ace Bharatanatyam dancer Dr. Padama Subramaniam and Kavignar Thamizhachi Thangapandian. Speaking at the event, both Dr. Padama Subramaniam and Kavignar Thamizhachi Thangapandian showered accolades on the youngster for her wonderful portrayal of the courageous Sri Lankan Tamil women.

Directors Seeman and Thangar Bachchan were present at the venue to watch the dance performance.
