Calibre Educational Foundation
conducted a three day workshop on
child psychiatry at Savera Hotel
recently. The event was well attended
on all the three days with a very
good representation from quite a
few schools of Chennai including
the Corporation schools of Kodambakkam,
Saidapet and Gopalapuram. The Headmaster
of the Corporation school (Boys)
of Kodambakkam, Mr. Bharatidasan
expressed his gratitude to the Correspondent
of Calibre Academy, Mrs. Madhuvanthi
Arun for having involved the teachers,
children and parents of the Corporation
Schools and giving them an exposure
which under normal circumstances
would be beyond their reach. It
was also pointed out that it had
been a very great learning experience
for everyone involved. Dr. Alok
Bajpai, the child psychiatrist had
conducted the three day workshop.
