Remember Rajinikanth’s film
Mappillai that hit the screens roughly
a couple of decades ago? The film
had the gorgeous looking Amala as
Rajini’s pair and Sri Vidya
as his mother in law. Well, looks
like his real life son-in-law Dhanush
will star in the remake. The film
sources say, it will be produced
by Hitesh Jabhak. Suraaj, who had
directed Dhanush in Padikathavan,
is expected to wield the megaphone.
News about the other cast and crew
is expected to be out soon. The
film will start rolling during the
end of September, we hear.
