RAHMAN’S GRAMMY

AR Rahman met the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to discuss about the theme song that he will be composing for the World Classical Tamil Conference. The World Conference will be held in Coimbatore in June and the CM has penned the lyrics for the theme song for which Rahman will set the tune.

The Mozart of Madras also thanked the CM for recommending his name for the Padma Bhushan award. He is also reported to have told the CM that one of his songs have been nominated for the Grammy awards and he would travel to Los Angeles to participate in the awards event. The CM wished Rahman to bring home the top award.
