Vadivelu answered a few questions
in a press meet arranged for Azhagar
Malai. He plays a vital, full length
role in the movie alongside the
protagonist RK, as his maternal
uncle. He expressed confidence that
the combo will work out like it
did with their earlier movie Ellam
Avan Seyal.
On why he’s being thrashed
in every single movie, Vadivelu
replied that it’s only the
character he plays gets beaten and
not him. “I’m only focused
on making people laugh and what
happens in the process to my character
is the least of my concerns,”
he stated. He also said that Vadivelu
can’t be beaten and it’s
only his role in the movies that’s
getting beaten.
Further, he also faced posers on
why he agrees to be part of numerous
movies and how he thrives to be
different in each one of them. He
mentioned that it’s his constant
research about the changing trends
of people and that makes him tick.
Protagonist RK also addressed the
gathering revealing that he’s
lucky enough to have SP Rajkumar
as his director. He added that Rajkumar
is recently being roped in for Vijay’s
50th movie, confirming that he has
received advance from SA Chandrasekhar.
