For the RK Nagar constituency by-poll the Election Commission is going to use Voters Verifiable Paper Audit Trail which is going to be held on 12th April. A VVPAT is intended as an independent verification system for voting machines designed to allow voters to verify that their vote was cast clear. Notably, the verification system contains the name of the candidate and symbol of the party.
