The Economist Intelligence Unit of the Economist Group has reportedly revealed that Chennai is the sixth most pocket-friendly city in the world. According to reports, Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi are ranked third, seventh and tenth respectively. Almaty, the largest city of Kazakhstan, is the cheapest city in the world, while Lagos in Nigeria bagged the second position.
