Dilwale is an upcoming romantic action flick starring the evergreen hit pair Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol along with Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty who gave a blockbuster Chennai Express for SRK earlier. Music for the film is composed by Pritam and all the lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

A retro styled track tossed with Far East flute and eerie chord progression paves the way for this most anticipated album of the season. The usage of pesky strings and sultry vocals of Arijit Singh add to the velvety feel of the composition. Poetic lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya add an extra layer of finesse to it. This track will make it big in the top charts this year! Antara Mitra’s voice has a Shreya Ghoshal style tinge to it but she pulls the melodious number with great confidence.

A pumped up detour occurs with a full on party number possessing a stylish Punjabi lead supported by contrasting Hip-Hop beats. Amit Mishra’s voice has a peppy feel associated with it which makes it even more enjoyable.  Watch out for the digital loops which make their presence felt throughout the progress. It is interesting to see a Punjabi Rap section sung with complete vigor by Anushka and Antara.

This track has already created a buzz which represents the magical on screen chemistry between SRK- Kajol. Arijit Singh gives the song a new found fragrance and meekness which already has an impressive chord progression touching unexpected realms of music. Usage of fine strings and jaltarang delivers a perfect nostalgic feeling to the track as well. Antara Mitra complements the talented singer with her low octave vocals having a faint tinge of classicism as well.

Composer Pritam returns to his forte of Trance melodies with this soothing number which has laced greatly with neat strings and mild treble. Arijit Singh does a great job for the introspective lyrics which makes it an ideal driving song! The lazy electric guitars make their stunning entry in the interludes supported well by mellowed live drumming.
