He
burst onto the scene with the much
acclaimed and commercially successful
Parthiban Kanavu. The movie without
any big names managed to make its
mark. The movie was a lease of life
to Srikanth’s career which was
going through a bit of a slump at
that point of time. The movie also
established Sneha as a performer.
A neat family story well told with
some very enjoyable lighter moments
provided by Vivek which did not hamper the story and
a very innovatively picturised song all stand testimony
to the director’s talent and conviction. He has
now changed genres with Sivapathigaram. though the initial
opening of the film is good, we need to wait for some
more time to know the actual result. if sources are
belived then this film is all set to add another hit
to Vishal’s resume.
