Sandhya gets Pokizham while she is removed from Koodal Nagar		November 29, 2005

Sandhya got many offers after the smashing hit of her debut film Kadhal. After acting in a couple of Malayalam films, she is paired with Jeeva in Dishyum and Simbu in Vallavan. Now, she has been signed on for a role in Cheran’s Pokizham.

While the exact details are awaited, it is interesting that Meera Jasmine had earlier been offered a role and a song featuring her was also shot. Now, Meera is out and Sandhya is in. Besides, Sandhya has also been removed from Koodal Nagar opposite Bharath. The reason? Her excess weight.
