Actress Kushboo is incensed at a UK based magazine Maxim in it’s India Edition that has published a photo featuring Kushboo in a bra and panty. "It's a morphed picture and I am going to file a defamation suit against the publisher," said Kushboo anger apparent in her face.

Her lawyer R Karthikeyan says his client, Kushboo, will seek an apology and ten lakh rupees as compensation as damages. Not only the photo but also the caption was in a bad taste. In the latest development, the magazine has issued a statement that it would issue an apology to the actress. However, Kushboo remain intransigent. She would persist with a legal action.
