Sathyaraj
is presently working
in Vanakkam thalaiva
in which Susan is
the heroine. Abbas
and Vivek are also
in the cast. Recently,
one sequence showing
Sathyaraj abducting
Abbas in a long
container lorry was
shot on the busy highway
in Kanchipuram near
Chennai. Sathyaraj has
seven different makeovers
in this film. He is
the hot favorite with
producers primarily
because he accepts moderate
payments and his films
are usually low budget
affairs. Lenin who earlier
directed Oorukku nooru
per, is making a film
with Sathyaraj which
will be diametrically
opposite to the usual
flippant fare. The film
is expected to enter
major film festivals.
